Job Summary
Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. This role requires prior retail management experience at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween, a minimum age of 21, and a flexible schedule. The position involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $22.00 to $22.25, with access to paid sick time, year-end bonuses, and premium pay programs for retention and tear-down activities.
