Returning Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the 8+ hour standing/walking requirement while handling physical demands such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 21. Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 to $20.50, dependent on qualifications, with benefits including Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program. This role is specifically for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
