Job Summary
Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. This role requires prior retail management experience and the ability to handle physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $21.90 to $22.15 with access to paid sick time, year-end bonus, and retention pay programs.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Prior retail management experience
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to set up fixtures
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
