Returning Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Prior retail management experience is required, along with a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. This position is specifically for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager role.
