Job Summary
Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. Perform physical duties including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. This role offers an hourly rate ranging from $19.50 to $20.50, with eligibility for Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program.

- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Prior retail management experience
- Minimum age requirement of 21
