Job Summary
Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the minimum age requirement of 21 while handling physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. This role is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
