Job Summary
Oversee and ensure the total operation of a seasonal store, establishing and maintaining guest services while controlling expenses to maximize sales and profitability. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule and meet the minimum age requirement of 21. This role requires prior retail management experience at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween. The position involves physical demands including 8+ hours of standing or walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement of 21
