Job Summary
Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 to $20.75, with access to Maryland Paid Sick Time, Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program.

- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Must have a flexible schedule
