Returning Store Manager - Spirit

Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 to $20.50, with benefits including year-end bonus, tear down premium pay, and retention pay programs. This position is open to any person who has previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
