Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, and seasonal store setup and teardown. Direct staffing efforts while adhering to a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 21. Handle physical demands including 8+ hours of standing or walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. This role requires prior retail management experience at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween.
