Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the total operation of a seasonal store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by maintaining excellent Guest Services and controlling expenses. Responsibilities include managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store. The position requires physical endurance for 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
