Oversees shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup/teardown of a seasonal store. Requires prior retail management experience and a minimum age of 21. Must have a flexible schedule and be capable of 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
