Job Summary
Store Manager for Spirit Halloween returning employee with experience at Spencer’s/Spirit. Oversees total store operation to maximize sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and seasonal store setup/teardown. Must meet minimum age of 21 and maintain a flexible schedule. Prior retail management experience is required and physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
