Job Summary
Store Manager oversees total store operations to maximize sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup and teardown of a seasonal store. Requires 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. This role is seasonal and focused on ensuring the successful operation of a Spirit Halloween store.
