Job Summary
Oversee and ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum age requirement of 21. This role requires prior retail management experience and involves physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
