Job Summary
The Store Manager oversees the total operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability by ensuring excellent Guest Services and managing expenses. Responsibilities include managing shrink, overseeing merchandising, controlling inventory, staffing, and handling the setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
