Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the total operation of a Spirit Spirit Halloween seasonal store, driving maximum sales and profitability through guest services, controlling expenses, shrink reduction, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup/teardown of the seasonal store. Requires prior retail management experience, 21+ years old, and a flexible schedule. Expected duties include overseeing store operations, managing staffing, ensuring proper merchandising and inventory practices, handling setup and teardown of seasonal fixtures, and maintaining high standards of guest service. Physical demands include 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
