Job Summary
Oversee the total operation of a Spirit Halloween store on a seasonal basis to drive sales and profitability. Ensure exceptional guest services, control expenses, manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup/teardown of a seasonal store. Role requires flexible scheduling, 21+ years of age, and ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required and you’ll be responsible for maintaining programs and procedures to maximize store performance.
