Job Summary
Oversee the total operation of a Spirit Halloween seasonal store, driving sales and profitability through strong guest services, merchandising, and control of expenses. Responsible for shrink reduction, inventory control, staffing, and the setup/teardown of a seasonal store. Must have prior retail management experience, be able to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedule required in a fast-paced retail environment.
