Job Summary
Store leadership role responsible for the complete operation of a Spirit Spirit Halloween seasonal store, including maximizing sales and profitability, maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, shrink reduction, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup/teardown of the seasonal space. Requires a flexible schedule, the ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. The position emphasizes oversight of total store performance and adherence to merchandising and operational standards for a seasonal environment.
