Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services standards while driving sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. Minimum age requirement is 16. Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 to $12.00, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates must have previously worked for Spencer's or Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.
