Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services standards while generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for 8 hours. The minimum age requirement is 16. Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $15.25, with eligibility for Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, and End of Season Premium Pay. This position is specifically for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate role.
