Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales, wave signs, perform general housekeeping, manage merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires a minimum age of 16 and involves physical demands including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and eight hours of standing or walking. Hourly rate ranges from $14.00 to $14.25, with eligibility for Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Programs. Prior experience as a Sales Associate at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween is required.

- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position
- Minimum age requirement of 16
- Ability to climb ladders
