Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services standards. Generate sales, wave signs, perform general housekeeping, manage merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires a minimum age of 16 and involves physical demands including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. Eligible candidates must have prior experience as a Sales Associate at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position
- Minimum age requirement of 16
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
