Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services standards. Generate sales, wave signs, perform general housekeeping, merchandise, sign pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for 8 hours. Applicants must have previously worked for Spencer's or Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position and be at least 16 years old. Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 to $12.00, with premium pay available for set-up/tear-down and end-of-season activities.
