Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales, wave signs, handle general housekeeping, merchandise, sign pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires a minimum age of 16 and involves physical demands including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $15.25, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates must have previously worked for Spencer's or Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.
