Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales through sign waving, manage pricing and POS operations, and conduct general housekeeping and loss prevention. Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires a minimum age of 16 and an 8-hour schedule involving standing and walking. This role is specifically for individuals with prior experience as a Sales Associate at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position
- Minimum age requirement of 16
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
