Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales, wave signs, perform general housekeeping, merchandise, sign pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and an 8-hour standing/walking schedule. Applicants must have previously worked for Spencer's or Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position and be at least 16 years old.

- Minimum age requirement of 16
