Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales, wave signs, handle general housekeeping, manage merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Maintain a minimum age of 16 and be prepared for physical demands including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and eight hours of standing or walking. This role is specifically for individuals with prior experience as a Sales Associate at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position
- Minimum age requirement of 16
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
