Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services standards while driving sales through sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for eight hours. Candidates must have previously worked for Spencer's or Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position and be at least 16 years old.
