Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales, sign wave, perform general housekeeping, manage merchandising, signing, and pricing, and operate POS systems alongside loss prevention efforts. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for 8 hours. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have previously worked for Spencer's or Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.
