Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services standards. Generate sales, wave signs, perform general housekeeping, merchandise, sign pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires a minimum age of 16 and involves physical demands including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and eight hours of standing or walking. Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 to $12.00, with eligibility for Set-Up, Tear Down, and End of Season Premium Pay Programs. Prior experience as a Sales Associate at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween is required.
