Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services standards while driving sales through sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. Applicants must have previously worked for Spencer's or Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position and meet the minimum age requirement of 16.
