Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services standards while driving sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires a minimum age of 16 and the ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk for eight hours. Candidates must have previously worked as a Sales Associate for Spencer's or Spirit Halloween.
