Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales through sign waving, handle POS operations, and perform general housekeeping, signing, pricing, and loss prevention tasks. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. The minimum age requirement is 16. Hourly rate ranges from $14.00 to $14.25, with eligibility for Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Programs. This position is specifically for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate role.
