Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales, wave signs, perform general housekeeping, merchandise, price items, execute POS operations, and conduct loss prevention. This role requires a minimum age of 16 and involves physical demands including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $15.25, with eligibility for Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Programs subject to qualifications. This position is specifically for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's or Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate role.
