Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services standards while driving sales through sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires a minimum age of 16 and involves physical demands including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and eight hours of standing or walking. Eligible candidates must have prior experience as a Sales Associate at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween.
Required Qualifications
- previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position
- minimum age requirement of 16
- ability to climb ladders
- ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
