Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services standards. Generate sales, wave signs, perform general housekeeping, manage merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. Minimum age requirement is 16. Hourly rate ranges from $16.90 to $17.15, with eligible candidates receiving Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, and End of Season Premium Pay. Prior experience at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween is required.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position
- Minimum age requirement of 16
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
