Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services standards while driving sales through sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires a minimum age of 16 and involves climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and up to 8 hours of standing or walking. Compensation ranges from $11.80 to $12.00 hourly, with premium pay programs available for set-up/tear-down and end-of-season contributions. Eligibility is restricted to individuals with prior experience as a Sales Associate at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position
- Minimum age requirement of 16
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
