Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services standards while driving sales through sign waving, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Handle general housekeeping, fixture setup, and lifting loads up to 50 pounds, including ladder work and 8 hours of standing or walking. Minimum age requirement is 16. Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 to $12.00, subject to qualifications and experience. Benefits include Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Program. This role is specifically for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's or Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.
