Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales, wave signs, perform general housekeeping, manage merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires a minimum age of 16 and involves physical demands including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and eight hours of standing or walking. Hourly rate ranges from $15.15 to $15.40, with eligibility for Arizona Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, and End of Season Premium Pay. This position is specifically for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate role.
