Job Summary
Seasonal Returning Sales Associate position supporting the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal Spirit/Spencer’s store. Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards, generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Minimum age 16. Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking up to 8 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as Sales Associate at Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween
