Job Summary
Returning Sales Associate responsibilities include supporting the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal Spirit/Spencer’s store, maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards, generating sales, sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Must meet minimum age 16 and be able to handle physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, with typical 8-hour standing/walking shifts.
