Job Summary
Sales Associate for Spirit Halloween returning to support the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsible for maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards, generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Requires the ability to climb ladders, lift/move up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for up to 8 hours. Minimum age 16. The role emphasizes retail frontline responsibilities and support of store operations during the seasonal period.
Required Qualifications

- Experience as Sales Associate at Spencer’s/Spirit Halloween preferred
