Job Summary
The Sales Associate will assist the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards, generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Physical demands include climbing ladders and lifting/moving items, with a minimum age requirement of 16.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate at Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween
- Minimum age of 16 years
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- May require standing/walking for 8 hours
