The Returning Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store. The role includes maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards, generating sales through sign waving, merchandising, pricing, and POS operations, and assisting with loss prevention. Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and extended periods of standing/walking (up to 8 hours). Minimum age requirement is 16.
