Job Summary
The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services, generating sales, engaging in sign waving, and managing general housekeeping and merchandising duties, alongside POS operations and loss prevention tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate at Spencer's / Spirit Halloween
- Ability to generate sales and provide Guest Services
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for 8 hours
