Job Summary
Returning Sales Associate role supporting the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store. Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services per company standards, generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Applicants should have prior Spirit Halloween/Spencer’s experience and be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and lift/move as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16
- Returning applicant with previous Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 8 hours of standing/walking
- POS operations experience
