Job Summary
Returning Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store, and maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards. Responsibilities include generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Minimum age 16; physical demands include climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds with up to 8 hours of standing/walking. Prior Spirit Halloween/Spencer’s experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16
- Previous Spirit Halloween/Spencer’s experience preferred
- Experience in retail sales or guest services is a plus
- Ability to climb ladders, lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for up to 8 hours
