Job Summary
The Returning Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store. Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards, generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Minimum age is 16. Physical duties include climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
